This lick comes from an original tune by Kristofer Dahl called “Curious Coincidence”.
Time for a true “high-tech” lick. The backing chord has now changed to C# major – and the lick starts out in C# major 7 arpeggio.
By the first tapping note I apply a relative minor substitution – meaning I play the Bb minor triad arpeggio (while the backing chord remains C# major).
This results in a cool sound + the finger for the minor arpeggio is a little easier.
In order to get the tapped notes in time it is essential to play without picking on the g,b
