Here’s a Jimmy Page lick I lifted from his solo in the Led Zeppelin tune “Whole Lotta Love”. It comes out of an E Blues Scale and uses some string bends as well as pull-offs.

Jimmy Page Lick Tablature
This is a blues/rock lick in the key of E. So the main note you will want to use as your centering point is the E on the 1st string at the 12th fret.
So if you wanted to move this guitar lick to the key of D, you would want to shift all of the notes down 2 frets so that note on the 1st string would then be a D.
E Blues Scale
This Jimmy Page lick comes completely out of an E Blues scale. Here are a couple of different fingerings you could use for the entire scale.
The first is a more traditional one finger per fret fingering.
The next is probably the one you will want to use if you are trying add some extra notes to your Jimmy Page lick when improvising. Since this lick uses bends, it’s common to keep your thumb up a little higher for more leverage.
While this helps with bends, it makes playing notes with your 4th finger a little more difficult. So this blues scale fingering works better when you have your thumb over the neck.
Have fun with your new Jimmy Page lick.
