In this video guitar lesson you are going to learn a fun cool sounding rock/blues lick in the key of A.
This guitar lick is actually constructed using a simple system that I teach in my Guitar Lick Factory course. Even though it may seem like there’s a lot to this guitar lick, it’s really just a few lead guitar building blocks that are put together like legos. So once you know these building block patterns, it’s very easy to combine them in all kinds of different ways.
So grab your copy of my Guitar Lick Factory course today and you too can be creating your own guitar licks like this in no time.

(Video Guitar Lesson)
Guitar Lick Tablature
This guitar lick uses hammer-ons & pull-offs, slides, and bends.
Whenever you are trying to memorize a longer guitar lick like this, break it down into smaller sections. In the same way you might memorize a telephone number, or a social security number (for US guitarists). It’s very difficult to think of this as one big piece. But once you realize it’s just some smaller chunks put together it becomes a lot easier.
Enjoy this guitar lick, and I hope to help you develop your own arsenal of cool lead guitar licks in my Guitar Lick Factory course.
Blues Rock Guitar Lick in A Jam Tracks
Here are a couple of Jam Tracks to put your new guitar lick into practice. They are both just an A7 chord. The first is in a slower blues feel, and the second is one you can use to play the lick faster like I did at the beginning of the video guitar lesson.
