Well another Christmas is in rear view mirror. And it’s time to put away the tree, the decorations, and the pile of holiday loot.
As guitar players, it’s inevitable that we receive “guitar nick knacks” of all sizes and shapes as gifts. And after 35 years of playing guitar, I have definitely received my fair share.
From the “guitar” Christmas ornament my Mother-in-law gave me….it was actually a cello, but it’s the thought that counts 🙂 To guitar clocks, guitar cookie cutters, and too many guitar t-shirts to count.
Oh…and how about that guitar Christmas music CD. No, not the cool one…but the one that someone buys for you at the dollar store. With some really bad guitar player.
And all these gifts are given to us because after all…we play guitar. So we should love all things guitar….right?
This year I did receive another such guitar gift treasure from my Mother. The bronze guitar statue guy…
