Here is an F/G chord. Pronounced "F slash G", or "F with a G in the bass". The formula numbers that you see here show how the notes relate to the bass note G. You could also think of this chord as a G7sus4(9). Slash chords are often used to simplify more complex chord symbols.
Try playing an F/G, resolving to a "plain Jane" C chord.
