Think of the form below as a variation of the one above. The only thing that is different is the note that was played on the 5th string with your 1st finger is now played on the 6th string with your 4th finger. This also shifts the whole position up one fret.

Be sure to roll your first finger from string to string on the 4th, 3rd and 2nd strings. The tendency is to just barre your first finger across all of the strings, but try to keep the notes separate.
